The 2nd International Conference on Evaluating Climate Change and Development was held in Washington, DC, on November 4-6, 2014, hosted by the Climate-Eval community of practice and the GEF Independent Evaluation Office. The conference brought together almost 300 thought leaders and practitioners in the field from governments, international organizations, academia, think-tanks, NGOs and the private sector to talk about the state-of-the-art of evaluating climate change mitigation, adaptation and policy. Andrew Steer, President of the World Resources Institute delivered a brilliant keynote speech. More details, including videos, of the conference are available on the website.
I would be most happy to receive any feedback on the topic.
